Are there discounts for children?
On domestic flights, children under 2 years old can be transported free of charge. Such a ticket must be issued as “zero” when buying a ticket for a parent or separately, in the passenger support service.
On international flights, the ticket price for a child under 2 years old will be 10% of the adult ticket price.
On domestic and international flights, the child is not provided with a seat, i.e. the entire flight is in the hands of a parent or an accompanying person.
If you decide to put the child separately, you will need to purchase a ticket at the rate for children under 12 years of age – 25% of the fare.
For children over the age of 12, tickets are issued at the adult rate. The airline has benefits for passengers aged 12 to 23 years on some destinations — subsidized tickets.
Is there a discount for military personnel?
For employees of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there is a 10% discount on the purchase of tickets for cash.
The discount applies to the purchase of tickets for military personnel and their family members (spouses and children from 12-21 years old) traveling together or separately.
The discount is valid for direct and transfer flights.
When buying tickets, you must provide a document confirming the position:
Employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation — an identity card of an officer, midshipman, ensign;
To employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation – the official certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the identity card of an officer of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation – certificate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations;
As well as copies of documents confirming kinship, if tickets need to be purchased for family members.
If one of the family members uses a military transportation document, the rest can purchase discounted tickets.

I want to check the flight departure time. Where can this be done?
Up-to-date information about the departure time of the flight is displayed on the “Departure Board” at the airport.
If you are not at the airport, then information about the flight, including the departure time, can be viewed in the “Order Verification” service on the website or in the application in the “Online Scoreboard” section.
The airline informs about all changes in the flight departure time by phone (SMS) and e-mail, indicating the period for which the flight is delayed.
My flight was delayed. Will the check-in for the flight also end later?
No, check-in for the flight ends at the time indicated in the itinerary receipt and is not extended in case of flight delay.
The exception is Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv (Israel). According to the operating mode of this airport, in case of a change in the departure time or cancellation of the flight, check-in closes 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of the flight, that is, 1 hour before the scheduled departure.
To get started, contact the airline representative at the airport. He will be able to orient the departure delay time, offer possible flight options in case of cancellation and arrange transportation of passengers to another airport, from where a new flight departs.
If the flight is delayed for up to 4 hours, the passenger is entitled to:

If the flight is cancelled, the passenger can refund the entire ticket price or part of it without deducting fines and fees.
To check in for domestic flights and pass various types of control (customs, immigration, veterinary, sanitary), we recommend arriving at the airport 1 hour 30 minutes, for international flights – 3 hours before the departure time of the flight indicated in the ticket (itinerary receipt).
Passenger check-in for both domestic and international flights of the airline ends 40 minutes before the departure time of the flight.
At the airport, you can check in at the check-in desk or at the self-registration kiosk. Check-in at the self-registration kiosk starts 48 hours before departure and ends 1 hour before departure.
To register at the self-registration kiosk, it is enough to know only the order number, ticket number or passport data.
They may refuse if:
There are no documents required for the flight or a visa of the country to which the passenger is going.
Late check-in or boarding the plane.
